Workflows

• 🧾 Use Embeddable Forms in Workflows
  You can now select embeddable sign-up forms in the Sign-Up Form Subscription trigger within Workflows. This expands how you capture and engage new contacts by allowing more flexibility beyond shareable forms.
   
• ✏️ Prevent Errors with Field Character Limits
  The Update Contact node in Workflows now enforces character limits for custom text fields. This helps prevent errors by ensuring values stay within allowed limits, so your workflows run smoothly without unexpected failures.
   
• 👀 View Contact Details from Workflow Reports
  You can now access a contact’s full details directly from Workflow Reports using the new “View Contact” option. This makes it easier to understand contact behavior and troubleshoot workflows without leaving the workflow report.
   
• 🏷️ Keep Workflows Organized with Unique Names
  Workflow names must now be unique, helping you stay organized and clearly distinguish between flows. If you enter a duplicate name, you’ll see a prompt to update to a unique name, or we’ll automatically add a “(1)” to differentiate it.

 

Sign-Up Forms

• 🗂️ Manage All Sign-Up Forms in One Place
  Embeddable sign-up forms are now listed alongside shareable forms on the Sign-Up Forms page. A new Type column makes it easy to see which is which, so you can quickly organize and manage all your forms in one place.

 

Deliverability

• ⚠️ Catch Issues Before You Send
  You’ll now see a pre-send content warning in the message composer if your message includes profanity or content that may be blocked by carriers. This gives you a chance to revise your message, manually or with AI Compose, before sending, helping improve deliverability and avoid failed messages.
